What if something is wrong, or I want to return it?+
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours and we'll replace it and cover all delivery costs. For standard returns you have 3 days to request a refund and 14 days to exchange, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Pickup and redelivery fees are paid by the customer, and delivery fees already paid are not refunded. Worn items and used earrings cannot be returned.
