Refund policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Liora, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't everything you hoped for, we're here to make it right. Please review the policy below carefully before requesting a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

Within 3 days of delivery, you may request a full refund (excluding delivery fees) if your item is unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging, and free of any signs of wear. Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and pickup delivery fees are paid by the customer.

After 3 days of delivery, refunds are subject to a 40% restocking fee, with the remaining 60% refunded to you. Pickup delivery fees are paid by the customer.

 

Exchanges

Within 14 days of delivery, we're happy to exchange your item as long as it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The customer covers the pickup fee for the returned item and the delivery fee for the replacement. If the new item costs more, the difference is paid by the customer. If the new item costs less, the difference is issued as store credit.

After 14 days or if the item has been used, a 40% deduction applies to the original order value. The remaining 60% can be used as store credit toward a future order. Pickup and redelivery fees are paid by the customer.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we'll cover all delivery fees and replace your item free of charge.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: worn items, items showing signs of use, items damaged due to misuse, custom or personalized pieces, and earrings once worn.

 

Important Notes

All delivery fees are non-refundable. Pickup and redelivery fees are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected, and approved refunds are completed within 3 to 7 business days.
